WEEKLY RECAP - NEW HOST AND PRIVACY FEATURES

First and foremost, we apologize to those of you who experienced any website downtime over the past few days. We were in the process of switching to a new host in order to accommodate our ever growing community. That has been accomplished and we can continue to expand. We are very excited to have a variety of new member on the website and are confident that many will rise of through the ranks of AYH.

Previous Weeks Recap:

Girls

The USA’s TAWNY ROBERTS, SIERRA STYLES, RAQUEL,

and NIKKI ZIERING,

continue to dominate the top four slots, with Canada’s KALLIE rounding out the top five. Entering in and out of the top twelve is India’s NEHA KAPUR

Men

For the men, the United States’, ROBBIE MAC,

and JUSTIN continue to dominate the top two spots along with the USA’s TUCKER BRANDON and JEFF CASTILLO,

keeping spots in the top six. T CAO of Canada and DREW READY of the United States are new worthy entrants in the Top 6.

The focus of this newsletter is to inform you of some of the privacy features presently in AreYouHotter.com in order to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

PRIVACY FEATURES

Located inside your profile, AYH offers many privacy features revolving around communication between the members. Each has various effects on your AYH experience. The privacy features include:

1. Image Privacy Settings:

a. Once inside your profile, select the Edit Tab, this will bring you to account settings. Half way down the page, you will see a check box for image privacy settings.
b. Checking this box will prevent people not in your friend list from viewing your enlarged images, however all users will view your default images.
c. The Image Privacy Setting Feature can be turned on and / or off in all of the sub tabs including Background and Lifestyle, Basic Info, Body, Interests and Personality and Privacy.

2. The Privacy Tab

This tab is where the majority of the privacy features are located. Selecting this tab after selecting edit will bring up the following options:

Restrict Comments

Checking this box will only allow friends to post comments on your page.

Image Privacy Settings

See above

Comment Settings

Checking this box will allow you to receive email notifications when you receive new comments

Image Comment Settings

Checking this box will allow you to receive email notifications when you receive new image comment settings

Friend Settings

Checking this box will allow you to receive email notifications when you receive a new friend request

Private Message Settings

1. Checking the first box will allow you to receive private messages
2. Checking the second box will allow you to receive email notifications when you receive new private messages
3. Checking the last box will allow you to ONLY receive messages from people on your friends list

As you can see there are a variety of features that allow the individual to enjoy the website and only receive communications form those they choose to.

Monthly Reset

At the end of each month the stored ratings will be reset and the monthly competition will start over. Therefore, in many instances at the beginning of each month, there will be a shift in the rankings. This process is performed to ensure we keep the proper people in the proper positions.

The Browse Feature

The Browse Feature can be used in a variety of ways and is the key to finding the person you are looking for if you do not know their name, email address or username.

When you first select the Browse feature from the top bar, you will randomly view the users.
Clicking update without making any changes will automatically order the users by their rank.
You can use the filters on the left side to filter your results even further. Each time you click update, your results will be ordered by rank.
For example, you can select Female, Caucasian, California and click update and you will see all the top women in California by their rank.

Use this feature to browse the members of this website or to find the right member for you in your area!

How The Rating System Works

The AYH Rating system utilizes a complex algorithm that takes into account a wide variety of pertinent factors in order to provide the most accurate results as possible. It's very important to accurately select the number you truly think the individual deserves. Votes are calculated daily and the entire results are updated daily. Similar to google we take pride in providing you the best results based on the votes calculated by our voting community.
